The machine is destined to the aspiration of swine blood by means of a special lance.
Once the three piece lance has been inserted into the body of the animal, the opening of the three elements maintain it in position allowing the blood to be sucked from the animal by means of the special pump which creates a low pressure within a container that is destined to hold the liquid extracted from the animal.
The blood is conserved inside the container thanks to the rotation of a system of blades which prevent the blood congealing.
